The commemorative concert has been rescheduled for Tuesday, January 25, 2022, with a slightly modified program. 

In memory of Alexander Schaichet and the first Chamber Orchestra of Switzerland (1920-1943), the Zurich Chamber Orchestra (ZKO) and pianist Oliver Schnyder will give a commemorative concert. Martin Vollenwyder, president of the Tonhalle Society Zurich, will be opening the concert with a short speech. Additionally, the book "Zivilstand Musiker - Alexander Schaichet und das erste Kammerorchester der Schweiz" can be purchased at the event at a reduced price of CHF 29.
