The book launch event scheduled for 7 April 2020 has been canceled.

The book presentation at the ZHdK in the Toni-Areal with Michael Eidenbenz, Esther Girsberger, Graziella Rossi as well as two former pupils of Alexander Schaichet and students of the ZHdK is postponed to a later date.

The book „Zivilstand Musiker – Alexander Schaichet und das erste Kammerorchester der Schweiz“, commemorating the life and work of Alexander Schaichet, contains contributions from Michael Eidenbenz, Esther Girsberger, Peter Hagmann, Verena Naegele, Dieter Ulrich and Christoph Wehrli, including a foreword by Martin Vollenwyder.
